BASES:
1 .- The schedule of play will be starting at 16.30 h and 21.30 h until approx.
2 .- The tournament will be played by the Swiss system of 4 to 6 rounds, by number of participants.
3 .- The games will be played from 10 to 20 minutes per player, depending on the number of participants (flag drop).
4 .- The arbitral decision shall be final.
5 .- The pairings will be made with the computer program "Swiss Perfect 98. "
6 .- The awards will be presented in strict order of ranking.
7 .- Preference will be given the first 40 entries.
8 .- What is not specified in these rules shall be governed by the rules of FIDE.
