Justice has just given the actual detention Jorge Videla in the cause of abduction of children during the last military dictatorship. He is being held in prison in Campo de Mayo. It is about justice, slowly, but is coming. is very important in these times when many media outlets try to re-impose the theory of two evils, that justice moving forward. Perhaps many already know but it is important to re-clarify what is a crime against humanity to international justice and our Supreme Court: that crime is committed against an entire company from a state institution. Therefore, the Justice has ruled that genocide is the only military in the Process. Montoneros never integrated the state structures and many of them were condemned for their deeds. It is very sad to hear some talk distorting certain facts made during the 70's by the guerrilla forces and talk about impunity, at a glance and all that nonsense. First, these crimes prescribed because they can not be considered crimes against humanity. Second, most suspected guerrillas are now reported dead or missing.
